How do i get an esim for my phone and does it cost extra?

Okay @Tony Sultana, have you asked iD Customer Care for an eSIM?

Get in-touch using the online iD Live Chat service, which is the primary support channel at iD Mobile.

The iD chatbot works 24/7, and the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

Just tell the bot you want to “talk to a person” - an adviser might help with your eSIM request.
