Hi, I have taken out a new contract and the phone has been received but no SIM card has been posted out to me. I am unable to make an ID account online due to not have the sim to be able to add the number to the online account.
ID please contact me ASAP to resolve as I need a SIM to use my new phone contract I am paying for! Not a good start to using ID after switching from another provider I’ve used for years!
I have triple checked and no sign of a sim, please send a replacement asap.
Will this need activating as if so, unsure how I will do this when my account online isn’t active yet as I don’t have the sim to be able to validate the number with the SMS Code.
This has happened to me too. I have another account for my husband prior to my new account being axtivitated on the same email. I have just returned from France for 2 weeks and have no had a phone to use in that time having to buy WiFi to access any emails etc at my own expense. Please advise ASAP.
