I upgraded near a week ago and I got the eSIM email before receiving my new phone, when I did my current service and data dropped out as I assume they switched my contract over.

 

I activated it on that phone, now I have the new phone but the qr isn’t working and I can’t get it working on my new phone, any suggestions?

Im having exact same issue and Im at work now with no phone call ability - off to airport after to collect a family member - no calls no text and wont have wifi to whatsapp - why would they disable my existing phone before i setup my new phone - think im in cooling off period so phone will be going back and new supplier sought
