How to end my contract/sim not working

My sim isn’t working and I’m unable to request a replacement as I can’t receive a text to to confirm my identity. How do I end my contract please? This is becoming very frustrating and I need my phone!

Hi there ​@JLW296, if you're wanting a replacment SIM card or want a disconnection, we can help you. If you’re wanting to leave us due to not being able to get a replacement SIM card, then we can for sure sort you a replacement SIM card, that’s no problem.

Hi Tyler 

 

I’ve tried the live chat twice now and both times took so long to get through to an advisor I had to end the chat. 
I am very unhappy with this service and would like to end my contract please.
