Hi. I have bought a new iPhone and cannot transfer my old phone number / sim to it from my old iPhone. I cannot access customer help desk as the live chat icon doesn’t appear. Any ideas?

Hey there @cruxto, if it’s been passed to the technical team, you will need to get in touch with the same team you raised it to being the live-chat in around 48-72 hours to check for an update, or you’ll receive a text when the technical team have an update telling you to then check for an update with the live-chat then.Thanks,Tyler
