Hi. I have bought a new iPhone and cannot transfer my old phone number / sim to it from my old iPhone.
I cannot access customer help desk as the live chat icon doesn’t appear.
Any ideas?

Hi @Paul Woodward

Are you trying to transfer an eSIM from one device to another?

Unfortunately this isn’t possible, however you’ll be able to request a replacement eSIM to then activate on the desired device.

Hi @Tom
I’m in a similar situation,  I purchased a new phone,  requested a replacement eSim as I can’t migrate it and It will not activate on the new phone and my old phone no longer works,  How can I resolve this please?

Hi @Tyler C

I’ve done  that this morning but there was no resolution,  I’ve been told it will be passed to the technician team.  Could be a couple more days they said 😔

As I currently have no service I presume they will contact me by email hopefully?

Hey there @cruxto, if it’s been passed to the technical team, you will need to get in touch with the same team you raised it to being the live-chat in around 48-72 hours to check for an update, or you’ll receive a text when the technical team have an update telling you to then check for an update with the live-chat then.

Thanks,

Tyler
