Since switching to ID, there have been two numbers active on the one sim. I requested to stay on my old number from my old network and did the switch, on my mobile ID app it says my old number but in my network settings and when I call or text anyone it says a new/different number.
I have tried taking the SIM out and resetting network settings but this hasn’t done anything.
How do I make it so that I am just on my old number?
