I have just upgraded from a Samsung S20 to S24 and the sim card does not fit. How do I get a new sim card?

The quickest way is going to be by popping down to your local Currys and ask them for one. You then activate it via the app or online portal.

YES THEY SHOULD BE SENDING YOU A PHYSICAL SIM CARD TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS.

OR DID YOU ASK FOR AN eSIM? IF YOU DID THEN THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
