ID said there was a problem processing my Pac code

When I input all my details the message

“We’ve tried to process your PAC but there is an issue with the information you’ve submitted.”

Everything is correct what do I do?

I have the same issue and I need it sorted asap as contract ends soon. Wish you could just call them
