Incorrect phone number shown on direct debit confrmation email.

The iD phone number is shown on the email direct debit email instead of mine. I have found it impossible to correct using any of the current channels available. I therefore need someone at iD to intervene and correct the error before changeover on Monday.

Thanks for the reply, Tyler.

 

Switch not yet completed.

 

Just now, the ‘Switch to iD Mobile’ form was completed on-line including PAC code but was not accepted. All details checked and double-checked and re-submitted but still not accepted.

 

In the meantime, iD SIM card arrived today and installed on my phone and appears to be working but, of course, using the temporary iD number.

 

My existing account expires today.

 

Can you help please?
