If I go into my phone settings my phoneservice provider is still showing as my previous provider which was O2. I have been with Id mobile for 14 days now and thought it would have changed to Id by now. I have restarted the phone several times and reinserted the sim card but no change. Will my phone be running at its best like this on on settings?Thanks if anyone can help clarify this please

Hi, tried resetting networks again and still no different, so then without switching the phone off I removed the sim card, reset the network settings, put the sim card back in and the O2 service provider in the settings has gone. This was 2 days ago, the phone has been switched on and off a couple of times since and all seems good.Thanks to Natalie & Tyler for their response and suggestions to help me.Mark
