I recently switched to ID mobile from Lebara. I kept my old number and transferred it onto ID mobile and the SIM works but people cannot call me as when they do it says the number is invalid. I’ve received texts from Lebara and ID mobile saying my old number has been switched over to ID mobile successfully and i can use data and call others. My only issue is people cannot call me as it keeps saying invalid number whenever they try to call me.
Can anyone pls help me resolve this issue?
