Just got a new iPhone and I want to transfer my eSIM to the new one.. do i have to ask for another eSIM or can I just transfer it somehow? Thanks in advance

iD don’t support eSIM transfer so you have to just order a replacement QR code like @JoeKing said to do.

Hello @Mrmonkfish65 I'm not sure but you may have to request a replacement eSIM from iD Mobile to use on your new iPhone.

The new IDMobile app now supports eSim so I would imagine there an esim management system build it so you can request a eSim swap.

Or contact btue sales team via Live Chat and type bin thr message box Speak to a person/someone
