my phone returned by dpd who only yried once to deliver now phone is onway back to currys

My phone had one attempted delivery and now is going back to  curry's. 

I have tried allsort to get intouch with id mobile with no joy .. the chat bot is a absolute joke and is totally useless.  You have no email or phone number .. and all I want to do is get phone  delivery for tomorrow as im off work or cancel the whole thing. And will go with a proper company with a customer service 

 

Why as a company are you making this all so hard just to get a phone delivered

    Hi ​@MarieCook  I am so sorry to hear this. If the phone is already being sent back to us, we wouldn’t be able to get it sent back out to you till it has come back to our warehouse and been relabeled. Would you like us to arrange this for you?
