New Number change for my current one. pranks calls etc

Am on ID contract keep getting prank calls and calls me 3/5 times a day. When I google there number it shows me it’s harassment. So would like a new number and be able to block withheld numbers if that’s possible?

Hey there ​@Zerocool, if you request a number change, the £25.00 will automatically get added to your next bill, and charged at the same time as that, it wouldn’t be paid separately. If you can get an action fraud reference, if you’ve been a victim of fraud or anything, we can waiver the fee, but that’s your choice and if you feel you’d be eligible for that.

Hi there ​@Zerocool, sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, there’s no way of blocking withheld phone numbers, we can only advise to ignore those.

 

In terms of changing your number, we can of course assist. However, it costs £25.00 to change your number, unless you’ve got an action fraud reference. 

 

Please let us know if you’re happy to pay £25.00, or if you do have an action fraud reference.

My bank got hacked that’s why I had to change my bank details so quick I had to go to Monzo from tsb they did a switch anything that goes into my old account which is closed for next year turns up team are working on because tsb let them This without id etc no calls lost 3kso waiting to hear back am Not going back Monzo was only who would give me account then and there to get paid which was 50/50 Change debts
