No signal after unblocking SIM

I lost my phone and so blocked my SIM so that I would not get additional charges. I then found my phone the next day and so unblocked my SIM via the app. However, I still cannot call, text or use mobile data. It says no service. 

I have tried reactivating the SIM, however it says it is already activated. Has my account been barred? How do I fix this?

Have you reported the device as lost or stolen? If so, the IMEI has likely been blacklisted. You should contact support to discuss this further.

I did report my device as lost or stolen, however I have now turned this off since finding my phone again.

How do I find out if my phone has been blacklisted? I am struggling to get through to an actual agent on the live chat as opposed to the chat bot.

Tell the chat bot you want to speak to a person.
