My new phone is saying no sim when I look in settings and I’ve done a transfer of my old number and my old phone is now dead and my new one doesn’t work!?

Sorry to hear this, have you tried the iD Mobile SIM in another device to test?
It may also be worth trying a replacement SIM card, which can be picked up from any Currys store and activated here.
What device are you using the iD Mobile SIM card inside?
