No sim card with phone.


I have received my new phone but no sim. 

 

I have been in France with no phone and only way to access emails etc was via paid WiFi. 

 

I already had an id mobile account and my new one does not yet appear to have been activated via my email. I currently have no access to banking as need to confirm via my phone number. Can someone email me as a matter of urgency to sort this out. I need my phone to be working for work on Monday

Hey there ​@Lornadougan, when did you order the phone please?

 

SIM cards are delivered in 3-5 working days, separate to the phone. We wouldn’t deliver the SIM abroad.

 

If you urgently need your SIM abroad, you can request a replacement eSIM:

It was when I ordered the phone which I received after 2 days. Its been 3 weeks....

Hey there ​@Lornadougan, sorry to hear that. What date did you order the phone, and what date did you go to France please?

I ordered it 15th June. Phone arrived 16th.went to France the 20th and returned yesterday.
