Phone has been stolen, but haven't registered an account

My phone has just been stolen. 

 

I want to block the sim / change sim for when I get a new phone but I never registered an ID mobile account as it’s a relatively new phone.

To report this you’ll need to use the iD online live chat service, or contact iD Mobile privately on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM), for assistance with stolen phone @cherryiwest.

Customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
