I've got a SIM only account with you guys, but my phone is 3G. If I purchased a Nokia 235 Mobile Phone on its own - which is 4G - could I simply transfer the SIM over from my old phone - or is it more complicated than that?

You can move your SIM to the new handset.
The SIM size may be different but you should have a 3 in 1 SIM which you can pop out a Micro and Nano-SIM.
