PLease send me a replacement SIM


Please send me a new SIM as my phone has been stolen

There are 2 ways to obtain a replacement SIM.

The quickest way is to visit your local Curry’s store and collect one free of charge.

Alternatively we can get one sent out here or via Live Chat.

Please let us know and we can PM you if required.

The post directly above yours advises on how to get a replacement SIM via the post, though one involves private messages (the ‘sent out here’ reference) which will only be picked up when the staff on here are working and then that depends on their case load as to when they can get round to sorting this, or via their live chat.

 

If you can’t get to Currys and don’t want to wait for someone on the forums to sort this then I’d suggested using their live chat.

Our Live Chat team are able to issue you a replacement SIM card, which will be sent in the post to the account holder’s address.

 

Once you receive your replacement SIM card, you’ll need to activate it. Check out the steps in the article below:
