Iphone 16. New handset and contract moving from esim on o2, meant to receive physical sim from id, it never arrived so stayed connected to o2 until i got a replacement Sim from Currys. Started porting process which email confirms completed on Friday however no access to anything on the new handest. When trying to activate the replacement sim (from Currys) website wont recognise the tel number that came with the handset or the number I want to bring to ID. The service from my old provider has stopped but I dont know how to get service from id?
