Problem switching numbers

I had an ID mobile pay monthly SIM in my old phone but purchased a new phone with iD mobile on a 24 month contract. I'm aware you can't switch iD mobile to iD mobile so started a triangle switch. I've put a tesco SIM in my old phone and successfully transferred my number from id SIM only to tesco SIM but now want to switch my number from Tesco to my new iD pay monthly account but when I try switching with the PAC code from Tesco you say that my iD mobile number is invalid when it is definitely the number on my new phone. Please help.

Hey there ​@Christmas, sorry to hear that. We’d recommend waiting 24-48 hours after leaving before trying to bring your number back to us. Has that time-frame passed?
