Stock “We don’t care” answer. It’s this that’s making me count the days until my contract is up - it’s bad enough not having any actual support. But lying isn’t helpful.

Sorry but that’s just corporate speak for “we know but won’t tell you as we may lose customers “ will be dropping iD as soon as my contract is up and I won’t miss you
