Your reply I’ve quoted only came through as an email notification this morning (18/12) at 09:34. I didn’t want you to think I’d ignored you.

 

Did you manage to resolve this with iD? You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to. But if you do a simple yes or no and I’ll know how it went.

 

But the main reason for my reply is simply to say I too am having the same issues as yourself, albeit I’m fortunate to not be tied in to a long term contract. I’m on day 16 (could be more) of little to no reception, with calls failing and my data only working at random times.
