Please can I request a proper SIM card not eSIM as I need to use the sim in a different phone

Hi
To get a replacement SIM card, you can:
- Visit any Currys store.
Find your nearest store and head to the ‘Mobile’ section. One of our helpful Tech Experts will issue you a replacement SIM card.
- Chat to us.
Our Live Chat team are able to issue you a replacement SIM card, which will be sent in the post to the account holder’s address. Alternatively we can pop you a message and send it from here in the iD Community.
Once you have your new SIM, you will need to activate it - How do I activate my new SIM or eSIM? | iD Mobile Community
