Hi, my old number still hasn't transferred from three. Wondering if there's an issue as I've had a message from three saying it's been disconnected but still doesn't seem to have transferred onto my new ID sim?

UK mobile number transfer don’t happen immediately,
If today is your scheduled switching date, then your mobile number transfer might not be completed until 10pm today.
