switching old number to id mobile

I have the PAC code and trying to switch my old Vodafone nr to ID mobile but it doesn’t work it says transaction ID

I only have order id can’t find anywhere

Hi there @Neritan

You’d probably be better off trying iD via their live chat (it does get busy though). They can find your transaction number and should also be able to get the PAC started for you too.

The transaction number should be in the “Welcome to iD” email, do you have this?

If not, I’d recommend the same as @Daz_S to contact our live chat team or the Facebook and Twitter team.

@Neritan HI on Monday morning I had the same problem as yourself so I contacted the live chat team and chatted to someone called anda & they took my details I.e name address the usual info anda said that my number would be transferred on Tuesday & I'd receive a text message when it was changed & to my delight Tuesday morning I had the text message to say my number had been transferred over . But if you want to find your transaction no. It will be on 1 of the 1st emails you received from id mobile
