Switching SIM from android to iphone

My ID mobile contract was set up using a Samsung A34, but this phone is broken and I have an iPhone 7 bonuses instead. However, when I pit my SIM in the iPhone it is not recognised. Any advice on how to get this working? I have updated the Iphone to the newest IOS update.

Where did you obtain the iPhone 7 from? It could be locked to a specific network. 
 

What does it say under:

Settings > General > About > Network Provider Lock

Furthemore, please note we don’t officially support this device on our network, so you may have issues with using calls/texts with our network when using the iPhone 7. Please find compatible devices below:
