I have been with ID mobile for a few months now and suddenly I am not receiving any Text messages! I am using IPhone 14.

    It is not showing as an eSIM and still showing as Vodafone. I can now no longer use the eSIM at all.

    Hi there ​@SamLeigh, you will need to delete the Vodaphone eSIM, and ensure the iD Mobile SIM card is inside or active on the phone if it’s an eSIM and set to primary SIM.
