I have used the straight forward keeping my number using the PAC and its not working

What’s not working, ​@Mark Treadwell

  • The number you wanted to keep doesn’t work with your iD SIM?
  • You can’t submit the PAC to iD Mobile?
  • Something else? 

Just to add, UK mobile number transfers don’t happen immediately. On your switching date, there could be several hours or more between your ‘old’ SIM becoming inactive, before the number you wanted to keep works properly with your iD SIM. 

When I switched to iD Mobile, my ‘old’ SIM stopped working around 11am, and iD completed the switch at around 4pm on the date scheduled.
