I recently got a new data plan, however I mistakenly got a new number instead of upgrading the plan on my old one. Is there a way for me to change this?

I’m afraid that’s not possible. If you want to keep your number, you’ll need to cancel the new plan and upgrade your existing one.

Hey there ​@Martin07, as kindly advised by ​@WelshPaul, you can’t transfer a number directly from one iD plan to another I’m afraid, you can only do so directly via upgrading or plan changing on your account.

 

The only workaround would be a triangle port, which we can explain more about if you need, but it’s essentially where you transfer your number to another network on Pay As You Go, then back to us on the new plan you purchased.
