I am unable to follow the instructions to activate my replacement SIM. I am asked if I have an ID account. If I say yes a code text is sent to my phone number to enter before I can proceed, but I can’t see this because I can’t view my texts without a working SIM. If I say no then I am told there is a problem and I am unable to proceed. How do I escape this loop and activate my SIM. Thank you.
