Using Nokia 235 4G with ID Sim

Hi there - I have a Nokia 235 4G which I bought SIM free.  When I put my ID Mobile SIM in, it receives calls and text but when I try to send a new message or make a new call, it doesn’t connect.  What do I need to do?  Thanks!

    Hey there ​@chasur, sorry to hear that. Taking a look, I can’t see this device on our approved handsets, so unfortunately, calls/texts may be affected or not work at all due to the 3G turn off this year, our apologies for that. Please find approved devices below:
