Have you tried turning it off and back on again if so?

Was it working previous to this issue?

Tried turning it off and on , reset Internet,mobile etc

No joy

Only had phone about 10 days and never worked

Yes get all the options but no voicemail messages 

Rang phone from other mobile, never goes to voicemail
