WHATSAPP ISSUES

 

Any suggestions on how I can get past this error message?!! 

The whatsapp support is useless it’s all AI bots that just give you routine answers don’t actually listen to the issue and I cannot seem to get in contact with an actual person. 

 

The voice call option also doesn’t work for me, the closest I’ve got is a call with 1 of the 6 digits🤦🏼‍♀️

    Hi ​@em fo  sorry to hear this. Are you a new iD customer or have you recently upgraded? Can you please check your number settings and check your correct number is in there?

    I joined ID a couple of weeks ago, I have had no issues besides Whatsapp so don’t see how it could be my settings. Any ideas how I can get the code?

    I’ve contacted whatsapp multiple times but can only get in contact with the AI chat which is useless
