Finding my transaction number

I’ve found my welcome email but my transaction number doesn’t start with a 4, and I can’t use it to fill in the switch my number/PAC code

 

Can anyone help please?

    Hi, thanks! I've just spent an hour waiting for the chat and it's now disconnected. Surely there's another way to sort this please? I only need the transaction number to switch my phone number with my PAC code

    The network is having issues at the moment so Live Chat is experiencing abnormal high volumes. I suggest you try again tomorrow when hopefully the issues have been resolved and chat volumes reduce.
