new user, cant ring voicemail

Hi, im new to id mobile but can't listen to my voicemail. 

I try and ring the two numbers and it goes to try and call but then disconnects. 

I've tried disabling and reanableing voicemail in the settings. Restarting my phone and still nothing. Not sure what else to try? Any help?

Just try calling v/mail by pressing “1” on your handset and keep pressing till it connects.

Hi, yes its all set up correctly and the toggle is on for voicemail
