I took out a contract at the start of December which came with a free £100 Curry’s gift card. I did not received it along with my phone as was expected and as it had said in my contract.
I posted this on the ID community and was advised that it would be emailed to me after 2 weeks had passed. I was advised that the reason they no longer send the gift cards out with the phones is because people were taking out contracts spending the gift cards and then cancelling the contract within the 14 day calling of period.
It has now been a month since I took out my contract and have still not received my gift card. Can somebody please advise.
You aren't the only one, pretty much everyone here has not received their vouchers yet, including myself. iD have an official response you can read below. The gist of it is that they're claiming they couldn't keep up with the influx of customers and they will be delaying the vouchers till the 14th. (Originally the delay with the 8th, then the 13th). Not particularly hopeful they'll honour the date after how much they've been messing around, but here's the link to the update for you.
So far, we've all been clearly misled which is a blatant breach of the Consumer Rights Act. I will be complaining to Trading Standards next week if I don't receive my voucher.

ID said they would call 24 to 72 hours after I'd manage to get in touch on live chat but guess what no call. I'm getting kind of feed up now after all this time. Has anyone else had any joy receiving theirs.
I've tried again with live chat and they said our request has now been reported to currys voucher team and they should send our vouchers via email but could take 48 to 72 hours but I'm not holding my breath.
Fingers crossed this time works. Or like you said contact ombudsman.

If I don’t hear anything by next Monday im going to email the Martin Lewis website as that is where I got my recommendation from and I can see that they are still promoting the company.

Typically moneysavingexpert.com gifts are from a third party, not the mobile network operator.
Hopefully you’ll have a message somewhere amongst the numerous emails received.

Unfortunately I’ve had no luck at all. I’m now considering approaching the ombudsman. I wonder if anyone else has done this.
