I took out a contract at the start of December which came with a free £100 Curry’s gift card. I did not received it along with my phone as was expected and as it had said in my contract.
I posted this on the ID community and was advised that it would be emailed to me after 2 weeks had passed. I was advised that the reason they no longer send the gift cards out with the phones is because people were taking out contracts spending the gift cards and then cancelling the contract within the 14 day calling of period.
It has now been a month since I took out my contract and have still not received my gift card. Can somebody please advise.

You should still take it up with them as it appears there are a lot of people waiting to receive their vouchers.
I don't know about you but I get feed up of chasing it as they are not for filling what they say. I will chase them again and keep chasing them and hopefully I will get somewhere, but its not good enough and is definitely not fair on all of us awaiting gift cards.
I know exactly how you feel. I have just sent an email to the Martin Lewis team that deal with voucher issues and I will let you know how it goes.

just wanted to update on the ongoing issue of non issue of vouchers.
I contacted Money Saving Expert direct and they have advised that the company responsible for issuing the vouchers is Awin.
They have advised me to email them direct with the below information;
UK-idmobile@awin.com
When you contact them, you'd need to include the following:
- Your purchase date:
- Order reference number:
- The email address used to sign up for the voucher:
I have just done this so if anyone else wants to do the same please feel free.
Just sent a email let's see if anything happens now.
I have had a response saying that they have traced my order and they will be issuing my vouchers but it may take 2-3 weeks to receive them. Watch this space!
I've had a response too let's see what happens next.

Finally got our vouchers but not for the amount stated on sign up. But at least we have got some at last.
