I have a Galaxy s21+ and my voicemail is turned on. Today I had two calls that went in to my voicemail, just couldn’t answer the ringtone at the time. When I looked for a notification there wasn’t any however, when I went into my voicemail there was two messages.
How do I get an icon to appear on my home screen, so I know they are there?

You’ll then be able to stop/start your voicemail alert SMS as required.

+26Sadly iD Mobile don’t have a voicemail notification, there’s just an SMS alert for voicemail.
The voicemail service is actually provided by three (iD Mobile’s network partner), which might be why iD don’t provide notifications.
