Is this now sorted? The THREE network was ‘out’ yesterday for everyone and so that may have been the problem but all should be back on-line again.

Have you checked the coverage for your area?

Has the 3G signal been turned off in your area recently?
Is your handset on the approved list?

Can you still use your data and send/receive texts?
Do you have VoLTE (Voice over LTE) enabled on your phone as you need this to connect to the LTE (4G) network?
You could also try requesting a replacement SIM as this could be the problem.
Please be aware that your account will be put on hold (you will be unable to use that number) until the new SIM has been activated.
