If you’re unhappy with the level of service you have received @Donna Braman Dean then you have every right to complain.

However, like all the networks, you need to follow their complaints process.

I have done that  thank you, as all ways read the small print which I never do. It will come back to bite you. Thanks again for taking the time to reply and help others
