An item is missing or has been damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that an item is missing or has been damaged during delivery. Don't worry, we're here to help! Here's what you can do to get things sorted quickly:

 

An item is missing from my delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll raise an investigation with our delivery partner, DPD, and work to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

 

My SIM is missing:

  • If you've just upgraded, you can continue using your existing SIM card.
  • If you ordered a SIM Only Deal or replacement SIM and haven’t received it after 5 working days, please contact us for a replacement or visit your local Currys store to pick one up.

 

My Accessory is missing:

  • If you purchased your Accessory on our website and it’s missing, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your Accessory was a free gift as part of a promotion, you may need to claim it separately. Check out this Community article for more helpful information.

 

An item from my delivery has been damaged.
