We're very sorry to hear that an item is missing or has been damaged in your delivery. We know how frustrating this can be, but don't worry, we're here to get this sorted for you right away. Here’s what you need to do:

 

An item is missing from my delivery.

 

Find the item that's missing from your order below and follow the steps:

 

  • My phone is missing:

Please contact our Live Chat team as soon as you can. Please have your order number ready to help us speed things up.

We’ll start an investigation with our delivery partner, DPD, which typically takes up to 7 days. Once the investigation is complete, we’ll contact you with the next steps. We'll also add a credit to your account for the inconvenience.

 

  • My SIM is missing:

If you've just upgraded, don't worry. You can continue using your existing iD Mobile SIM card.

If you ordered a new SIM Only deal or a replacement SIM and it hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please contact us and we'll send a new one. Alternatively, you can visit your local Currys store to pick one up for free.

 

  • My accessory is missing:

If you purchased an accessory on our website and it’s missing from the box, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your accessory was a free gift as part of a promotion, you may need to claim it separately. Check out our guide on claiming free gifts for more information.

 

An item from my delivery has been damaged.

 

If an item has arrived damaged, we'll get it sorted for you. Here’s what to do:

  1. Take photos: Please get a few clear photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in. This helps us with our investigation.

  2. Contact us: Get in touch with our team with your Transaction Number and photos ready.

We'll explain the returns process and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
