Trade-In collection progress

How can I check the progress of my Trade-In please? The phone was packaged and sent in the envelope provided and I paid extra for special delivery however I have had no acknowledgment of receipt and no way of knowing progress etc.?

Use the reference number on the special delivery to check if it’s been delivered via royal mail’s website. I’m sure you will get some sort of confirmation email when it’s been sorted.

      Thanks. Yes I have unique tracking number of return however is there any way I can progress the Trade-In payment etc.?
