Created 2 sim only plans 1 for me and 1 for the wife and both payed for out of my bank account, mine went through fine but my wifes got cancelled any ideas why?

Hi, I need to speak to someone please. I had three mobile lines with Sky. One for me and one for each of my two kids.All under my single control. I decided to transfer from Sky to ID mobile.I’m now starting to regret the whole thing.My number has transferred.My son’s numbers have not.As such, I am being charged by both sky mobile and ID for mobile line rental for my two kids lines.All three PAC switches were detailed to ID Mobile on the same day.My switch was finally completed on 16-01-2026When I look at the ID mobile app on each of my kids phones I see “Work In Progress! You’re currently viewing the plan for xxxxxxxxxx, which already has a pending switch request”This has read the same since before 16th January.I have clicked the option on the app ‘Report a problem’ many times and left details of these issues.I’ve done this on both numbers in the respective ID mobile apps a few times.

So, I decided to switch from EE to ID Mobile.  The website says it’s easy and i can keep my number.  I did all the necessary forms etc and gave my PAC, Sunday (20/4) and chose this Monday as switch day (28/4).  My paperwork arrived in an email and all seemed good.  The new SIM arrived, and I awaited the 28th.  My phone stopped working so I removed the EE SIM and put the new SIM in. After a lot of faffing about I realised my number had not remained the same.  The website does say it may take a while.  However, my eagle-eye spotted that the paperwork had quoted the SIM number I would receive, but it did not match the one that arrived.  So, I tried to organise my account login but obviously the system only recognised the SIM that I didn’t have so the ‘code text message’ went to that SIM and I can’t login anywhere (phone/web).  I believe the incorrect SIM has caused the whole process to collapse.  Tues 29th -> With the current ‘ChatBox’ issues I was surprised when I

I have transferred to ID mobile - the Pac number worked but i have another number attached to it from before it got switched over which is the temporary number ID provided until the switch. Its  not allowing me to remove or delete this number SO I have 2 numbers. i cant make any outgoing calls and it keeps trying to use the temporary number. how do i remove this temporary number so its all on my one number ?

Help required please - Order confirmed for my SIM only deal has potentially not tracked in that I have not received an email link from gift cloud.My wife also placed an order at the same time for the same SIM only offer and HAS received the gift cloud email link confirming the purchase. IDMobile email response to my issue is to contact giftcloud. I have raised a ticket with giftcloud and await a response.The reason for posting here is this - when reading the giftcloud website, for any gift card link to be issued they need the relevant brand (IDMobile) to confirm all criteria has been met -  purchase date/time, whether the journey was tracked.Someone at IDMobile therefore has to validate my purchase - are they contactable? 

I'm not impressed with iD. Promises to port number today, had all the info they asked for PAC code, activation code etc. Said today by 10pm and porting of my old number to new contract phone on iD hasn't happened.  New customer,  bad 1sr impression. Also, cannot easily talk with anyone, bot chat is completely useless as well. 

Please help, I have a Samsung A13I have placed a new physical sim in the phone but it is showing NO SIM NO SERVICE. What do I do now? 

My wife and I both changed provider to ID a few days ago. We had a single PAC code from Sky (I was the account holder, with both mobiles on my account) which was accepted in my case. ID did not accept the number for my wife and we had endless conversations with Sky during which 5 more PAC codes were issues. The process failed each time on line and only during a live chat with ID did it work. We are now able to use the ID SIM cards with our old numbers.  However the Sky account has not been closed and they continue to bill me. I have spoken to their cancellation team and technical who tell me that their records show the transfers have not been completed and that they are concerned we will lose our numbers if they close off the accounts manually. ID Advisers tell me the transfers were completed. Who should I believe? It seems to me that as the new SIM cards seem to be working ok with the old numbers, we should be ok. Can anyone advise me!?

I received a text yesterday saying switch complete and since then my phone hasn’t been working outside of WiFi. I received an email today saying switch complete but still not working on the network.  I have tried switching it off and on a few times (leaving for a while in between), contacted the live chat and followed instructions to reset network, check the phone number is correct on the settings etc, then got cut off. When I went back to live chat the bot started asking me all the questions from the beginning again, so pretty frustrating! Thought I would try on here instead.  Any advice would be much appreciated. 

i arranged my puc code transfer for tomorrow, so tried sim in spare phone, it worked however the number on the sim is not the one i was transferring, will it  revert to the number tomorrow ? or am i going to have a stressfull day with 100+ contacts  

The onboarding emails state I should’ve received my temporary number in a welcome email or in an invoice.  I’ve not had either of these - any ideas?

Hi I wish to move my son to ID Mobile from Giff Gaff. I’m currently with ID Mobile. What is the best way to set this up so both plans are on the same account 

I have not received confirmation of my switch to ID as of yet and confirmation that I have successfully kept my number. PAC code entered 

PAC was meant to switch 27th. Still hasn't. No one can call me, no one at ID can help me, who can I talk to? 

I’ve used a PAC code to switch to ID, it’s getting done on Tuesday. I have my new phone already and the new eSIM from IDmobile. Can I activate the eSIM now and set up my new phone or should I wait for my number to switch in 3 days. What would happen if I activate the eSIM now?

Switched from O2 but can only use the phone on WiFi as idmobile connection is not working . Shows my old number that I’ve taken over as O2 and the idmobile temporary number that does not work. Any ideas ??

I have activated a new eSIM on my iPad and it seems to be connecting OK but the phone number wasn’t updated  when I installed the eSIM.Is there a way to do that manually? I can’t set up an account in the ID Mobile app as the verification code is going to the number which is not associated with any device.  When I asked ID Mobile if I could buy the same plan for an iPad as a phone they said yes but updating the cellular number seems to be an issue. I can’t reuse the eSIM. QR code as it can only be used once. Any suggestions?

After trying to get a resolution for the last 5 weeks I am still waiting. My last two converstaions do seem to have given some insight to the issue. That being that I already had a plan that my son was using that appears to have ended literally days before I started a new plan for myself. Despite requesting ID Mobile to port my old number to my new plan they now say they somehow ported it to the plan my son uses. However his number never changed so not sure how that works then. They are now saying that my old number has been used and can not be used again, i.e. I have lost the number I have used for over 20 years that my clients, family and friends use.

I am a Canadian who plans to travel in England and the Channel Islands, and I would like to buy either a monthly or pay-as-you-go SIM-only plan (eSIM or physical SIM, I don’t care which). But even for pay-as-you-go, which shouldn’t require a credit check, the online checkout system requires me to provide a UK address, which I don’t have. Is there any way for me to join iD Mobile?

My number was supposed to be ported lat Friday(10th January).Since then I haven’t had any service from ID - no data, texts, phone.if I try to phone my number it says it’s an invalid number.I have raised this through Live Chat, however I still don’t have any service.. can someone help please.
