I have recently got a new phone. On my last phone I had only the eSIM which I was not able to transfer to this one. I can’t request a new code to activate another eSIM as it is asking me to verify with my number {REMOVED} but neither phone has an active working sim. Please could you resend an eSIM activation to my email as I am still paying a standing order for the contract

Hi, I have followed the steps to switch my old number (ID mobile) to new phone, but an error message ‘oops something went wrong’ keeps appearing, and won’t allow me to progress with the PAC and ‘number I want to keep’

I want to use PAC code to keep old number from different provider

My phone is not connected and coming on is the sim built in?

When I purchased my sim plan, I didn’t select a switch date as I couldn’t see an option although I did supply a PAC number (it is currently in the post).  When I received my welcome email, there was no switch date provided.  I have downloaded the app but I am unable to add my plan.  If I enter my current sky mobile number which is the one I want to keep, it is not recognised and if I enter the ID Mobile Number which was provided in the welcome email, the app sends a notification to it but obviously I can’t see it.  As I provided my PAC number when I purchased the plan, will the switchover take place automatically when I insert the sim when it arrives?

I just moved from sky mobile to id. My phone number is activated on iPhone 11 . But can't make or receive calls on the new id sim . Its a physical sim...

I haven't received a qr code

Can I transfer my phone number by PAC from my old provider which is sim based to the IDMobile eSim that I already have a plan on please?

My old number transferred for calls and texts to some people. But texts to some are showing as the temporary number. I have tried your standard advice on checking number on the phone, restarted,  taken out the sim and restarted. Also tried it in another phone, where it sent correctly. Still showing the wrong number when sent to my husbands phone!

Help!. I have just switched to ID from Vodafone, along with my wife. We cannot text each other, and also some other texts go astray, or appear on my old phone with the id mobile numbers. Have our Vodafone numbers been imported correctly?

How do I send iD a pac code?

I moved over to ID mobile yesterday however I have been given a new mobile number which I do not want as I'd like to keep old number from another provider. I have log in to app with new number however I cannot get a test with verification code as the number does not "exist" how can I get my old number moved over onto new contact?

I traveled to Africa and trying to purchase id mobile esim data only with my US dollar cards but the cards were being rejected because id mobile didn't provide a space for other countries billing address except UK billing address

Hi - I keep getting an error when trying to use the PAC code given to me. Can someone assist?

Hi so I have just been accepted for my phone just had the email come through, I need to put a cap on the spending even though it is not here yet just want to make sure I can’t go over at all and also make payments online can I have the same number if I transfer it over

I need to type my PUK number every time I start my phone with this new SIM card. This happened before and this is a replacement card but the same error occurs

First you get the Bots, but then Live agents also appear like bots, sort of generic responses.

I received an email saying my eSIM is activated (I transferred from one phone company to this, with the same phone number) but I still have no service and can’t login to my account.

I wish to purchase ANOTHER sim: same plan new phone. Yes i need 2 phones. 12345678910111213141516

If you get declined for a phone do you still get a welcome pack

I have recently moved to the UK from another country and I wanted to get an iD Mobile sim-only plan because my friend recommended it to me, but ordering a sim card online requires a pre-existing UK phone number “for delivery updates” and 3+ years of UK address history for a credit check. Obviously I don’t have a UK phone number yet, that’s why I’m trying to get a UK phone plan. I also don’t have 3 years of UK address history, I just moved here last week. Are iD mobile plans only available for people who have already been living in the UK for 3+ years, or is there some way around this?

Hi I need to give someone my pac code to switch over to ID

I switched to ID mobile a week ago and still have issue with OTP codes, tried replacing eSIM but still not working and tried all resets etc

I’m trying to make an account on the app, I have entered the email address, password etc several time but when trying to receive the OTP, it never arrives. I’ve waited 24 hours, requested a new one several time for it to fail! It’s extremely frustrating

I have just bought a eSIM - my old number has been cancelled with ee - I put in the stac code will I get a new number from id mobile?
