We purchased two separate accounts at the same time using one email. One of the accounts cannot get access to the app because it only recognises the first account.

Thank you for your reply however I have gone through the steps but the app gives an error message not recognising the mobile number, surname and date of birth. 


No worries @Twoomo. It looks like both numbers already have an iD Mobile app account set up.

  • Mobile Number ending in 870 was linked successfully on the 11th July.
  • Mobile Number ending in 064 was linked successfully on the 29th July.

If you’re  trying to re-register with a different email? If so, this will be causing the 'details not matched' error. Looking at the system, both numbers are linked to the same account, so you might just need to switch the view in the iD Mobile app, here’s how:
