Roaming in Italy network not working

I am in Italy and roaming is not working. This is the second time in the past 6 months. It was working perfectly till last December  Roaming is on on app on phone , no change of phone. Nettwork set on Automatic, picks up Wind3. I have switched phone on and off multiple time without any improvement, any other tips and advise? I need the phone for working. Thank you

I know it’s Wind3 now. I read your post. Reset your network settings and then manually try connecting to Wind3. If it doesn’t work, try manually connecting to 3 ITA.

I’m also in Italy struggling to connect. I’m on a cruise so it will be corfu tomorrow! Eek!! I tried the setting reset but that doesn’t work for my iPhone 14 (my updates are on 18.6.2)

Hi ​@helenpreest,

It may be worth trying to connect to all the available networks whilst you are on mainland.

If you have poor coverage it’s likely the coverage in that area. If you are unable to connect to data services and are using an Android device, please try update your APN settings.
