I have completed the online form a few times now but my old number has not transferred to iD.  I have turned off the phones etc. no texts to confirm the request received either.How do I get this number over to iD? 

new phone but cna’t make calls as it is not registered on a network. It is from ID? I have no email from them? There is no one to ring. Carphone warehouse won’t help. I brought the phone from ID website.. any suggestions before I just cancel the whole thing and use a different network and company? Thanks 

I have a new phone brought from the ID website. My old phone was from carphone warehouse on ID network. My number has not moved to the new phone. No one seems to be able to help me. Carphone warehouse would not help me. I have no email or infor from ID>  

Please help, I cancelled my ID mobile contract via the app OVER A YEAR AGO and I am now receiving letters informing me that I owe money, I cannot get through to anyone, please help me cancel my contract and obtain a refund for the time not used. 

Hi, I moved to yourselves from EE a month or so ago and ended up leaving again as I decided to get a new phone from vodafone. I have asked for a PAC number but it has given me the old PAC number EE gave me when I moved to you and this code doesn't work. I am now paying for 2 contracts and need a working pac code to cancel this one. Please help 

Posting this as a question so hopefully someone will talk to me can’t find a phone number and chat is always busy. I got an upgrade with a £50 curry’s gift card at the check out it tells me the gift card is expired.  also can I just use my old ID chip in my new phone as the contract has changed I don’t see the point in activating a new chip? Or will the old one just stop working soon? It’s currently working just fine with the new phone and plan. 

I upgraded my phone and put the new sim card in my new phone and im still on my old contract and im still being charged for my old contract price but can't find any details of my new upgrade

Hi, I processed a faulty return for my new iPhone 12 on the 30th November, it was sent tracked and the parcel was signed for. After hearing nothing back about the return I contacted customer service again who said a replacement handset should be sent within 5 working days. Alas another 5 working days have passed and no update at all, after again reaching out to customer service they have now processed a complaint with... You guessed it... A response within 5 working days.Honestly the return process has been a nightmare and I am not happy at paying for a mobile I don't even have! What's more is I asked my options regarding cancellation of the contract altogether as I am now becoming wary of the 30 day return period and the response was that I can request a pac once this is all resolved... What so you can charge me the full contracted amount?! Can anyone look into/resolve this at all, I was happy to take a chance with ID mobile and now I am instantly regretting it, the phone was an anniv

This is the first time I have received written correspondence from ID Mobile.  My mobile phone (ID SIM only deal) was stolen on 23.2.20. Why am I now receiving a final demand notice, if I can leave at any time? And now I'm trying to ring to query, the call centre is closed because of Covid-19. 

I’ve been waiting for over a week and it told me it would be done in 2 working days. It told me to write my PAC code and ID Mobile number, I did all of the correct things and it still hasn’t transferred. I need help ASAP as all of my contacts are on my other number.

I need to cancel my mothers id telephone  I have tried on several occasions and now have cancelled the dd.  i have sent you the power of attorney and assumed you had dealt with my request and then I get a bill which I have paid I am not going to pay any more  She is 93 and can't even use th phon

Up until 3 weeks ago I am not able to receive any authorisation codes, from my bank, PayPal or amazon. I cannot see a live chat button so cannot use that to try the problem. Iv read through all the trouble shooting options and none have been helpful so far. Please help as this is causing a huge problem, especially with banking. Kind regardsAlex Goodwin

Hello, I bought a Sim and handset contract about 4 months ago and I am not happy with the device after trying to get to grips with the software. I would like to revert back to iPhone. I am really happy with the service that iD have provided and I don't want to interrupt my SIM service. Is there a way I can swap my handset without changing my plan?

I am an existing ID customer. I wanted to upgrade my contract from a Sim-only deal to a 24 month contract to get a new phone. Every time I tried to get a phone it told me to log in which made my basket empty. Every time I then selected a phone I would no longer be logged in. I literally could not select a phone logged into my account. I thought that wouldn’t matter because surely you’d be able to let me keep my same number as I’m already a part of your network, or you could update one of the two contracts so it is the correct price with the correct amount of data etc. and then just cancel the other contract. Can this be done?If not, then please message me the details on how to return my phone and cancel this contract as it is within the 30 day period. I will then take the £1,000+ I was willing to spend over 24 months and give it to Three as clearly iD doesn’t want it if it won’t allow me to simply keep my number with a new contract.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.Payment was taken that day for the phone but since then I have heard nothing. On the website when I placed the order it said the phone is in stock but later on above email was received, today is 4th December but still have not heard back!I have tried to call but I understand the call center is shut so if anyone could help I would appreciate it. Thanks 

Hi, I ordered a new sim card (sim only deal) on the 27th Nov but not received it until now. Order reference is 114479106. In the meantime, the direct debit has been set up & received my first bill as well !!The only way to contact your team seems to be by asking a question in the community. Couldn’t get through to anyone via phone call & online chat is just an autobot with automated messages & no live person answering our questions!I don’t want to pay for a service that I haven’t received. 

Hello,  Today, I tried to order an Iphone 12 Max Pro, but upon trying to enter my card details, I got told that they were wrong, but got charged £0.01p. I tried again, but I got charged £0.01p again.  I got the following message:  “We're unable to process your order as the card transaction has not been successful, please check and try again.” I have not received any order confirmation. I have no way of contacting ID mobile directly, and I am a little paranoid I may get charged for two phones.  How can I be sure that I will not be sent two phones? EDIT: It seems I put the wrong billing address; can I please get a confirmation that I only ordered 1 phone, and not in fact 2 others too? I don’t want to be in a position where i have 3 phones!  

Hi,  Does anyone know how to swap from a monthly contract plan with ID to a PAYG sim with ID? I’ve tried to change my current plan via the My Account section on the app/ website, but the only option there is to change to other monthly contracts, which is of no use to me.  Ideally it would be easiest to speak to an advisor. I’ve tried to get in contact with ID through the live chat but it doesn’t load on multiple devices despite configuring cookies - it seems like this isn’t actually available!! Its also not possible to get in touch via the phone either! Thanks

I ordered a sim over a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Rang the number that is on your website which then tells me to post online so have been sent in circles. You’ve taken money out of my account and have started my direct debit from when the sim was supposedly posted but I’ve yet to receive the sim.Please can someone help me on this as I’ve yet to receive my sim and am already considering leaving ID due to the issues faced. It may be cheap but customer service has been terrible so far. 

I recently bought a new contract with ID. I received my new iPhone at the start of December.  I finally set it up, the sim worked for 3days before it now no longer works, I have contacted Apple and they said it’s not a hardware issue. I have installed the sim into other devices and it still does not work. Again, confirming a sim issue.  I didn’t get round to making an Id account, when I go to try creating one it asks for a security code - however, I cannot receive the text with this code as the SIM card is not working. As I am within the 30day returns period. I was wondering if some one could provide me with more detail on how I go about cancelling my account when I am unable to log into the app or get through to anyone.I hope there is prompt action on your behalf. As a new customer this is appalling service.

Hi can anyone please explain how can i keep in touch with ID to ask where is my order. I pay upfront but the mobile phone never arrived since 23 of november and not even one email. And i can cancel either.

As a monthly sim only customer , i would like to upgrade to a Pixel 4a unlimited data plan, but i cannot see that option for myself, only a 50gb data plan, it seems you can only get the unlimited plan, if you are a new customer, or go to Carphone warehouse, if i ventured to the Carphone warehouse and bought it from there, how would i stand with my account on here ? Would i have to make a new one ? I would rather be able to do it on the ID mobile website Many thanks
