I’ve been trying to redeem apple offers Tv/music/arcade, but like others on this forum im getting error UID Missing or Incorrect when i click the links on the welcome email. The TV Link was missing from the email and instead Mcafe for 90 days (Which i wont be redeeming) I’ve tried to resolve with chat, however they’ve not been able to help and im quite shocked at their responses. Firstly they said they cant help and that i need to try and resolve this issue with Apple The second option was that they will cancel my contact and will refund what i’ve paid since joining. The third option was that they will give me 1 month credit on my contact, and not give me the offers. Does anyone know how i can get some help to get the working links for apple offers? I have tried the links on different browsers and different devices - Same issue.

My upgrade date on my user hub is 27/09/25. Is this the actual date or do I take into account the early upgrade period?

All of the outgoing calls I make on my Samsung A55 phone take about 30 seconds before I hear ringing or the person answers. After approx 30 seconds the following message flashes up on my phone "Conditional call forwarding active". I haven't setup call any call forwarding and this occurs for every call I make, whether I use a saved contact or manually dial the number. When I go to phone settings/ supplementary services, the cursor spins for a while before producing the following message "Failed to read data. Something went wrong." I assume that this means these options have been disabled by IDMobile and so I can't have accidentally changed them. How do I get my phone to immediately dial a number without the hassle of waiting 30 seconds or this mysterious call forwarding doing unknown things behind the scenes? Thanks

I have an iPhone 16 Max Pro. I became an id mobile customer a few months ago with an eSIM. I appear to have 2 “lines” a primary one and a private one for some reason. I arrived in Tenerife a couple of days ago and did not receive the normal text message on arrival from the new service provider. My phone appeared to change to Vodafone UK on the primary line but appears to be Movistar on the private line. Neither line lets me roam. I’ve disabled the private line and powered my phone on and off a couple of times but I’m still not having any luck. The data roaming toggle is set to be on. I’m at a loss, can you help please?

I can't see 'sim.only' in the plan change options on my app. My pay monthly contract is about to expire on 11 Sep... but when I go to look at upgrade options in the app... it only shows more mobile phone deals. How do I upgrade to sim only???

I am trying to call Spain, but getting message saying "You have reached your capped limit". My plan says I can make this call subject to an extra charge. But it is not letting me make the call, and it is not telling me how to do it. I cannot see any setting I can change to allow it. Please help

Nearly 3 weeks after porting my number I still can’t use RCS chats. It is showing my new number but the status is stuck in “Setting up...” I believe the problem may be due to the fact that the number is still linked by Google to my old EE SIM, even though it is no longer provisioned. I have an iD e-SIM, so for a period before porting I had both SIMs working, and during that time RCS chats moved to my temporary iD number. I have since successfully got RCS to forget that number but now it doesn’t work at all. (RCS Chats does connect if I re-enable my old SIM, but that is no good since, as I said, that SIM is no longer provisioned.) I have tried every suggestion I can find, including: Clearing cache and storage for Carrier Services and App, including turning WiFi and mobile data off and on in various orders Disabling RCS chat through the Google website Uninstalling updates to Messages app Just waiting for several days Etc. Any more suggestions? Do I need a new SIM?

Hi All I can upgrade today but want to leave ID....the fact I can upgrade does that mean I have completed my contract.

I have moved abroad and my IDMobile account is no longer useful. I took the sim out of my phone, and lost it. I have never used an online account, just paid every month and all was fine. I want to cancel the monthly sim plan, but I need an online account - which I can’t set up without a code sent to the sim that I no longer have. How do I cancel? I have already paid for 5 months for something I can’t use.

Have received the joining offer for Apple. Apple TV worked fine but Music and Arcade are saying “UID Missing or incorrect.” Have tried on several browsers with no success. Please send me a private message to advise. Many thanks in advance.

How do I use my phone abroad

How can I actually speak to someone at ID mobile? I joined them earlier in the year and have yet to have had one decent phone call where it hasn’t dropped out - literally no bars of service anywhere I go and especially at home

I will reach the limit of 63 days roaming in 4 a month period before the end of my next holiday. Does a new contract put the fair usage policy back to day one, or do I need to move to Lebara? I can find lots of answers about how many GB I can use abroad but none about this. Thanks!

Am on ID contract keep getting prank calls and calls me 3/5 times a day. When I google there number it shows me it’s harassment. So would like a new number and be able to block withheld numbers if that’s possible? regards A McKay

Hi, Has anyone had this issue and been able to overcome it? Every time I click on the Apple Tv+ redeem link from my email it takes me to an Apple page that says "UID missing or Incorrect” and the page is a US Apple page. I've clicked on links that has been told to other posters with issues and same problem. Tried different browser and a different phone but still the same problem!

Pixel 9 Pro - Is the phone SIM-free/unlocked?

Over the past couple of months my bill shows premium rate text messages every few days at around 5pm at a cost of £1.50 each time. Checking my “recent” telephone calls I have received no such texts. I have tried using the iD lookup for the short form number which is 78484 but this doesn’t give details of the company involved. This is costing me a great deal of money ….. how can I stop it?

Hi, I am interested in paying my contract early and keeping the same number but converting to Sim only, how do I do this? My phone isn’t working and I have had to purchase a new phone from elsewhere. Thanks in advance, Mark.

Am I able to opt out of the SIM part of my contract, and just pay for my handset. I get no reception other than WiFi.
