I keep getting calls from people saying they are returning my call. The issue is I have not been calling them. It seems my number is showing up on their caller ID. But its not me, calling. Searching on the internet it seems it is called spoofing,  I have tried reporting it to action fraud, but online there seems to be no way to report it after trying a number of options. So I have given up with that route. The other option is to contact your provider.  I can use my phone and receive calls as normal. It just seems somehow someone is masking their number on caller ID by using my number. What can I do?

Hiya im lookong to upgrade my phone a month before my upgrade date can i do this

I know this has been posted a lot lately in the community. I have followed all that guidance (actually having to relay that info to my brother who is the one actually in Turkey, but I sort his phone tariff out for him), tried manually setting network (with some conflicting info on Comm posts and partner network lists - Turk Telecom, Vodafone and Avea, set services up for roaming, international calls, bill cap altered, etc. phone is setup for roaming too Still no mobile data however. 

I recently ported my EE number to ID Mobile. Everything went well and everything seems to be working but when I look at “My Number” in the settings it still shows the number that came with the eSIM before I ported. I’m a bit worried that this could cause problems in the future. Can anyone help?

Ive been charged £35 per month when it should be £10?

Hi - I’m reading some conflicting info here and on the website. I’m roaming in Spain. I was under the impression that my data limit is capped at 30GB whilst roaming. However, I’ve read here that there is no cap. Which is correct?

I have just come back from Turkey. Paid £20 for a bolt on bundle waste of money. I couldn’t access any of the data. Went on the help section tried all the things to try and use it . Kept saying SIM card does not allow a connection to this network.

Before coming to IDMobile, I was with GiffGaff/O2. A month ago there was a signal outage on O2 in the NR26 Sheringham area - my original GiffGaff/O2 sim worked outside the area but from then on wouldn't hand over to the mast in the NR26 area but worked in other areas, so it's only one mast problem.To try and sort this out1) I purchased a new sim from GiffGaff/O2 but that didn't work2) I  followed all the recommended advice on the internet: restarted frequently; toggled airplane mode on and off; cleared location cache - that didn't work3) I changed provider to IDMobile and ported my number across - that didn't work4) I have purchased a new phone: the IMEI number has changed - that didn't work5) I have performed a manual network roam - that didn't work6) I put a second sim card in the phone from Tesco Mobile which works in the NR26 area - so it looks like it's the number which is being rejected by the mast.But I don't want to change my number.Can you do anything about this by enabling th

My account is linked to my father’s details as he is the one who pays for my contract. It is a sim only contract. He brought a sim card through you that royal mail lost and so you told him to get a new one from currys for free. He went to activate it on the account and it linked it to my phone number instead and so neither of us have service now. He’s tried to fix this and change it to his but as none of us can receive text messages for codes we’re unable to access the messages. Is there any other way this can be sorted?

I’ve read through a wealth of people having the same problem but I don’t seem to be able to find an actual answer anywhere - to the point I’m close to throwing my phone at a brick wall.  Last Friday (16th Aug), I took out a new contract with ID Mobile in store at Currys - This was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was previously with EE and have had Samsung phones for the past 12 or so years. Finally, yesterday, the number finished porting over and I am now receiving calls and texts absolutely fine. The device registers (and so does iCloud) that my phone number is the correct number that I have ported over. However, I do not seem to be able to receive OTPs from companys. I use 2FA across a lot of apps, the main one being my bank (Santander). I cannot log into the Santander app on my phone as I cannot receive the OTP. I also cannot log in on my PC/Laptop because there are 2 options - SMS OTP (which I can’t receive) and “Authenticate in the mobile app” which I cannot do because I can’t log in

I have just received a new Teclast T65 tablet with Android 16. If you google "Teclast t65 iD mobile sim card", you can see:The Teclast T65 (including Max and Plus models) features a dual Nano-SIM tray. It fully supports 4G LTE from UK providers like ID Mobile. Because ID Mobile runs on the Three UK network, the tablet must support Bands 3 (1800MHz) and 20 (800MHz)—which the T65 provides.I inserted the old sim card into the tablet, Mobile data worked but no phone function. I tried all methods such as reboot, even reset mobile network settings. All no use. However, when I insert a O2 sim card and Vodefone sim, they worked no problem. Therefore, it must be problem due to the iD mobile sim.I went to Currys, they say they do not support iD mobile. They told me there is someone from carphone warehouse can give me a new iD mobile sim. I activated the new sim card, problem is the same. I checked the tablet information (see photos). Any help will be appreciated.   

Your support team didn’t seem able to help me with this, but I topped up my PAYG plan recently for business use and was disappointed when it came to doing my expenses that they could not supply me with a VAT receipt, as I believe is required for any VAT registered business under UK law. Understandably your process is more geared to providing these for contract plans, however I think you also have an obligation to do so for any payments you take including this PAYG topup. Is there somone I could speak to about this?

As far as I can work out my contract is due to end in 2 days time but I have received no notification of this from ID. Should I have received anything?What happens when the contract ends. Does my service continue but without a contract?Will there be a price increase?Will I be able to switch to a different plan; e.g: SiM Only?What if I want to go to another provider? 

0115 694 0026 just had a random call wasn’t expecting this call I’ve been checking out would id randomly call you without any reason it says no they don’t usually also this is not a number id mobile will call from is this a scam number?? 

If my contract start date was 27 February 2024 when is my last monthly contract payment due?

Hi,Are there any further updates regarding RCS on iD Mobile?Since this was rolled out in 2024 EE, 3, O2, Giffgaff, TescoMobile (plus unknown others) have all activated it for their customers. We’re trying to set up an Android/iOS messaging group and the iD Mobile member is the one making this impossible to achieve. She’s now looking at other networks that will offer this for her iPhone when upgrading later this year. Thanks

How do I open a chat live session

I want to come out of this contract. I am having the worst time ever. The eith ID mobile, since the day I Ve had it, I've never had complete network, even tried my SIM card in different phones. I've sent my phone  to be repaired, thinking it was the phone  problem. This is affecting my work. And my social life There is no way to contact you over the phone. Very poor service and communication

Can you change your phone if you don't like it after an upgrade

Can’t donate by text because iDmobile is apparently considered too small a network by Donr (the intermediary) for this to happen, Has anyone else encountered this, or does anyone have a solution? Bill Caps etc have been checked and are fine. 

I know this has been asked many times but I want and updated answer, please. 30gb max roaming or what????? Yesterday I was confident that there was no 30gb cap but today I have just received an email stating g a 30gb cap. Which one? And why is it so conflicting?

Hey guys...I had to return my first mobile as it was faulty on the phone I had ported over my old number..I got a new phone thru ID but now they will not port over the number as they don't accept PAC codes from Id to Id...is there any way to do this...thanks Jez

I currently have an ID sim only plan, I have my new iPhone arrive today from ID, how do I keep my current ID number on the new phone? Hoping someone can help, many thanks.
